QA Tester

We are seeking a Manual Tester with a strong foundation in software testing and a passion for quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products by performing detailed manual testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, execute test cases, and support product releases with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Write, update, and execute test cases to ensure the software meets functional requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and design test plans.
• Identify, report, and track defects in defect management systems.
• Participate in test case reviews, defect reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure all test deliverables (test cases, results, and defect reports) are provided on time.
• Maintain and update test cases based on product changes.
• Assist in preparing reports and metrics on test progress, results, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve the testing process to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands-on experience with writing and executing test cases, reporting defects, and using defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Quality Center, TestRail, etc.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail.
• Good understanding of web and mobile testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
