Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records of transactions.
Bank Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Expense Management: Monitor and track expenditures and provide analysis on budget variances as needed.
Compliance & Auditing: Assist in preparing documents for audits and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
General Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department, including handling inquiries, filing documents, and assisting in ad hoc projects.
