We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development Team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategy through campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, LinkedIn automation etc.
Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
Create and manage link-building and content marketing strategies.
Measure ROIs and KPIs.
Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the website.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply them to ongoing campaigns.
Monitor and manage online reputation through proactive engagement on social media and review platforms.
Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and implement necessary adjustments to maximize organic search visibility.
Should possess MBA-Marketing preferable, Diploma in Digital Marketing
Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Experience in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
