Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – Real Estate to lead sales growth and strategic expansion in the real estate vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, closing deals, and promoting our real estate projects—ranging from residential villas to land investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential/commercial/land development projects.
• Generate leads through networking, digital campaigns, channel partners, and field visits.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
• Meet potential clients to showcase property offerings, conduct site visits, and close deals.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, brokers, HNIs, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional strategies and lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client databases, sales reports, and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at property expos, roadshows, and other real estate events.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development (residential, commercial, or land).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations, local market trends, and legal documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate platforms (like Magicbricks, 99acres, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
