Head of Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented, and visionary Head of Finance to lead the finance function at vCommission. This role involves full-stack financial leadership—from budgeting, compliance, and receivables to strategic planning and business partnering. The candidate will work directly with the Founder & Leadership team to guide financial decisions in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Strategic Financial Planning
• Lead annual budgets, financial models, and quarterly forecasts
• Partner with founders and business heads on high-impact initiatives
• Translate growth strategies into financial narratives
• Revenue & Receivables (AR)
• Oversee accurate billing, reconciliation & collection processes
• Improve DSO and build scalable receivable systems for global clients
• Expenses & Payables (AP)
• Monitor vendor/affiliate payouts and ensure timely disbursements
• Identify areas for cost efficiency without compromising output
• Compliance, Taxation & Audit
• Ensure end-to-end compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, ROC
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors
• Manage transfer pricing and international finance operations
• Team Leadership & Systems Implementation
• Lead a lean, agile finance team and drive ownership at every level
• Implement automation tools and ensure timely, accurate MIS reporting
  
  

Who Should Apply

• Qualified CA with 8–12 years of experience in digital-first organizations
• Hands-on with Zoho Books, Tally, Excel, Google Sheets & automation workflows
• Excellent communication & business acumen
• Based in Gurgaon / South Delhi / Faridabad
  
  

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified
• Digital Advertising / Media-Tech / Affiliate Marketing Experience
• End-to-End Finance Ownership (AR, AP, Compliance, Tax)
• Leadership & Stakeholder Communication
• Strong on Tools – Zoho Books / Excel / Tally / Google Sheets
• Strategic Financial Planning & MIS Reporting
