Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist and manage real estate projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills and be well-versed in CRM software and Project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage projects from start to completion using Project Management tools.
Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, project progress, and sales details.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and analyze project reports, timelines, and updates for the management.
Assist in handling customer queries, follow-ups, and documentation.
Monitor deadlines, budgets, and task progress to keep projects on schedule.
Support in vendor coordination, contracts, and material procurement tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in project coordination, real estate, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and Project Management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
