Responsibilities:
- Takes lead on resident move-in, creating a warm and welcoming environment while coordinating and maintaining a seamless, dignified, and compassionate transition
- Effectively communicates the move-in procedure, guiding residents and family members through the process from application completion to move-in day
- Facilities the lease signing process with residents and family members, managing annual recertification, and maintaining thorough documentation for Tax Credit files
- Completes income verification, collects insurance, and documents all pertinent information upon initial residency
- Ensures that each apartment is thoughtfully prepared for incoming residents. Orientates each resident while representing our Community and commitment to love, compassion, and dignity
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Medicaid waiver or LIHTC experience preferred
- Ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong understanding of Assisted/Supportive living sales and marketing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
