What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of proven plumbing experience.
- Expertise in residential systems and a deep understanding of California building codes.
- Demonstrated success in system removal, installation, and routine maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge, including interpreting wiring diagrams, refrigeration cycles, and pressure/temperature analysis.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- In-field sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
