In this role, you will work closely with external partners across the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. family of brands to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
You will be responsible for responding to and actioning partner emails, communicating changes to inventory management and SOP, and developing strong relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Communication and Support: Respond to and action partner emails, communicate changes to inventory management and SOP.
- Inventory Management and Control: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management and control.
- Product Quality Assurance: Review and approve ship tests and box-fitting for new products.
- Mystery Shops and Reporting: Conduct mystery shops, compile reports, and reconcile sample account statements.
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Data Analysis: Review and distribute CSI data to inform business decisions.
- Daily Operations Report: Prepare and submit daily operations report to stakeholders.
- Inventory Tracking and Reporting: Track and report % of scrap inventory at cross dock locations.
- Fulfillment Resource Guides: Compile and distribute fulfillment resource guides to internal teams.
- Team Support and Coverage: Cross-trained to support the VR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, associate's degree acceptable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- SAAS experience a plus.
The expected hourly rate for this position is $24.00. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
