Baltimore. As a Moving Associate, you will be responsible for presenting and negotiating pricing
with customers, assessing their moving needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the

Responsibilities:
Present and negotiate pricing for moving services with customers.
Assess customer needs and tailor solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient moving
experience.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer questions and concerns are
addressed professionally.
Assist with the physical aspects of moving, including packing, loading, and unloading.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 20 years.
Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a physically demanding role.
A positive, customer-oriented attitude.
