This is a dynamic role where you'll split your time between office-based responsibilities and field support. You'll lead by example, support team performance, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll coach your team, champion great customer service, and work alongside leadership to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Initial Training:
To fully understand our business from the ground up, your first 4 weeks will be spent working in the field as a Truck Team Member. This foundational training is key to your success in the role!

Compensation:
- $27/hr during training
- $30/hr following successful completion of training
- Performance-based bonuses
- (Note: standard Truck Team pay applies when working in the field)

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting and supervising Truck Team Members alongside the Senior Operations Manager and General Manager
- Motivating the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals
- Planning and optimizing daily routes for maximum efficiency
- Driving same-day growth by maximizing sales opportunities
- Monitoring job performance and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction
- Managing accurate data entry and reporting across sales, scheduling, and operational systems
- Maintaining high standards of service including: on-time arrival, clear pricing, clean trucks, and friendly uniformed teams
- Ensuring all checklists and route journals are completed daily
- Providing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback in real time
- Delivering proactive customer support and helping to reduce cancellations
- Using metrics to identify process improvements and sharing insights with leadership
- Contributing to daily team huddles and promoting a people-first culture
- Stepping into the field to support service delivery as needed
- A positive, solution-focused attitude

- 2 years of leadership experience in a service-based or labor industry
- Business-related education is a plus
- Sales experience is an asset
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Willingness to lead from the front and work in the field
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance office and field work
- Flexible with scheduling based on team needs
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
