$19-$29/hr all-in with base pay ($17.25-22 / hour), daily tips, & bonuses paid on every paycheck

What you'll be doing:
- Driving to local residences and businesses with your truck team to appointments set by customers. With our "No Contact Junk Removal Service" our teams are currently out in separate vehicles.
- Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic to the team
- Removing unwanted items from the properties and completing jobs onsite and on time.
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
- 21 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license for 2 years
- Good driving record for the past 24 months
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Previous customer service, sales, general labor, driving or other relevant experience an asset (but not required)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- You have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking
- Have a valid standard driver’s license
- A good driving record ( 2 or less moving violations in the last 3 years)
- Are 21 years of age (required for insurance purposes) Have the physical stamina to lift/carry 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous experience in general labor, customer service and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
- ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days
- Simple IRA- Retirement Match up to 3%
- Holiday Pay- 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked
- Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend- $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked
Salary : $17 - $22
