Day in the Life
As a service technician at Grill Hero, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering professional cleaning services that uphold our reputation as the top grill cleaning and servicing company in North America. You’ll interact directly with customers, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with upselling and rebooking. 

Core Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning services for grills and ovens

• Provide a friendly and professional experience for all customers.

• Local marketing & sales responsibilities

• Upselling & Rebooking services 

• Follow all company guidelines, safety procedures, and service standards.

• Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after every job.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Customer service 

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Enjoys cleaning and working hands on

• Adaptable to using technology

• Desire to work independently

• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety

• Clean & safe drivers record

Hours and compensation

• Part-time leading to full time 

• Earn $18-$26 hourly including tips and bonuses 

• Performance incentives
