Job Summary : Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Junior Operations Manager is a high-energy professional who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. An individual that has the ability to go above and beyond to get things done in a sales-driven environment. A leader who is capable of working at a high level both administratively in the office and also physically in the field. The Jr. Operations Manager will help to manage the day to day of the business, but also motivate and help grow our outstanding field crew to deliver our world renowned service, leading by example!
TRAINING : You can expect to spend weeks 1 thru 4 working out in the field alongside our field crews to grasp a full understanding of the service we provide. You need to learn the business before you can help run it!
COMPENSATION : $18-$22 / hour, $5K annual performance bonus potential, 1 weeks paid vacation to start, Simple IRA with company match, optional Healthcare Reimbursement program and other benefits.
LOCATION : McKees Rocks, PA
DAYS / HOURS : 40 hours per week plus overtime availability. Must be able to work any day of the week as scheduled including weekends.
START DATE : ASAP
The Jr. Operations Manager will be directly responsible for (but not limited to) the following goals, plans and key initiatives :
- Assist Sr. Operations Manager exceed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Supervise in the daily fulfillment of scheduled jobs to ensure on-time service
- Manage training schedule of new staff and help to develop hourly employees'
- Professional skills in areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, profitability, and safety
- Preparation and management of field crew staffing schedules
- Assist with fleet maintenance schedules; including inspections completed, regular maintenance schedule is met, and repairs are performed
- Ensure compliance with all franchise health and safety requirements
- Provide positive mentorship and leadership to our field crews
- Work in-field, performing Truck Team tasks, as needed
