Shift Details:

• Report to: Chesapeake, VA office
• Work Area: Virginia Beach metro area
• Schedule: Full-time, up to 5 shifts per week

What You’ll Do

• Drive & Perform: Safely operate company vehicles to customer locations, and efficiently load/unload large items (50 lbs).
• Provide Stellar Customer Service: Make every interaction memorable with professionalism and empathy.
• Upsell Services: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by promoting additional services.
• Collaborate: Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet daily goals.
• Responsibly Handle Junk: Ensure all materials are disposed of properly and sustainably.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 21 with valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation to our Chesapeake, VA office
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, general labor positions, sales, or retail strongly preferred
