1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking energetic team members who can connect with customers while handling the physical demands of junk removal. This unique role combines hands-on work with relationship building and sales opportunities.
Shift Details:
- Report to: Doraville, GA office or Smyrna, GA office
- Work Area: Atlanta metro area
- Schedule: Full-time, up to 5 shifts per week

What You’ll Do
- Drive & Perform: Safely operate company vehicles to customer locations, and efficiently load/unload large items (50 lbs).
- Provide Stellar Customer Service: Make every interaction memorable with professionalism and empathy.
- Upsell Services: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by promoting additional services.
- Collaborate: Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet daily goals.
- Responsibly Handle Junk: Ensure all materials are disposed of properly and sustainably.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 with valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Doraville, GA office or Smyrna, GA office
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, general labor positions, sales, or retail strongly preferred
