Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Providence County's dynamic market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

- Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members
Responsibilities:
- Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
- Navigate Providence County: Safely operate trucks through North Smithfield's neighborhoods and surrounding communities including Woonsocket and Lincoln
- Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Rhode Island properties from rural homes to urban apartments
- Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the tight-knit North Smithfield community
- Rhode Island-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during challenging winter conditions
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Northern Rhode Island area preferred
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable New England weather conditions
- Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within Rhode Island or nearby Massachusetts is highly valued
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with North Smithfield and surrounding Providence County communities is a plus
