What You'll Do:

Lead a team of Truck Team Members on the front lines, providing top-notch service to our valued customers

Drive and operate our junk removal trucks safely and efficiently

Navigate through various tasks, from lifting and moving heavy items to organizing and sorting materials for recycling and donation

Mentor and train new team members, sharing your expertise and setting a high standard of performance

Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a friendly, can-do attitude

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a service or logistics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and manual labor (50 lbs repeatedly)

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for 3 years, 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
