Your Role:
Providing warm and friendly customer service
Safely removing junk from homes & businesses, working alongside your teammates
Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
Troubleshooting concerns with patience and professionalism, creating stress-free solutions for customers
Participating in junk removal—lifting items, safely removing them from homes and businesses (Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day)
Driving our trucks to deliver service efficiently (Driver’s must be 21 years of age with a clean, valid driver’s license for 3 years- for insurance purposes)
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay & performance-based incentives $17-$19/HR average all in pay (with cash/credit tips) plus the opportunity for monthly profit share bonuses
Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (Full time)
