1-800-HANSONS, LLC is one of the top home improvement companies in the country! We help our customers love where they live while giving our team members what they need to love where they work! We are now seeking a Canvasser for our Dever, CO branch location. The Canvasser is responsible for going door to door a selected areas to set appointments and schedule in home demonstrations for Certified Home Improvement Experts.

- Weekly pay every Friday through direct deposit
- Full-time roll (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with some Saturdays needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Walk throughout a strategically selected area and go door to door placing flyers and setting appointments
- Communicate with potential customers about Hansons home improvement products
- Set a minimum of two sold Demos per week
- Market our products based on the customer’s needs, concerns and wants
- Create interest in Hansons products by sharing information about our lines of service
- Help home owners determine needs by following training scripts on inquiring about current and upcoming home improvement needs
- Track locations and responses using a cell phone and application to enter data on each visit or attempted visit
What We Need
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Fast learner and quick problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to use effective rebuttals to overcome customer concerns or objections
- Maintain professionalism in all situations, even when facing rejection
- Must have a cell phone/smart phone
- Must be able to remain standing 100% of the time
- Requires the ability to drive a company vehicle when needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
Hours/Schedule:
Full time, 35-40 hours per week; M-S, 5-6 days
