Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our team from March-Ausust. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a staffing agency is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hiring CDL Drivers & Forklift Operators.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
