Sales and Operations Management Trainee

1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking a Sales and Warehouse Operations Manager Trainee to join our new Sales and Operations Management Training Program. The applicant should be energetic, outgoing, and quick on their feet. We’re looking for people with at least some automotive and or trucking experience but not required if you have customer service and sales experience. If you have no experience at all we still encourage you to apply if you are hungry to learn sales and business with a desire to be great . This opportunity a is a good entry point for candidates looking to learn all aspects of business management including sales in a business-to-business environment, warehouse operations, inventory control, employee management, accounting and much more. You can learn all of the skills you need to excel in either Sales or Operations with full training provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Selling parts to customers
• Pulling and routing all customer orders
• Delivering parts to customers
• Visiting Customers Shops and promoting 1-800-Radiator and value as supplier
• Entering Sales Visits into CRM database
• Handling all inventory transactions and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Putting away inventory as needed on shipments
• Posting all monies collected to correct accounts
