We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Parking Lot Line Striping Technicians. This role involves applying precise and durable pavement markings to parking lots, roads, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Duties
- Operate line striping machines and related equipment safely and effectively.
- Measure and layout parking lot lines, curbs, and other markings according to specifications.
- Apply thermoplastic, paint, and other pavement marking materials with accuracy.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of striping equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic control procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites.
Skills
- Experience operating striping machines is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to read and follow job site layouts and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in marking application.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting equipment and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
