Job Summary
The coordinator will work with technicians, mitigation and construction coordinators, and mitigation and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes management of scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis by coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax.
- Monitor updates in DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
- Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
- Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Update Dropbox daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
- Scheduling Subcontractors and Technicians for daily work.
- Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
- Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possible experience within the industry.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.
- Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
