Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely.
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Document completed work and communicate any additional needs or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary for larger projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on job assignments.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
