The Mitigation Manager oversees the mitigation department, including supervising technicians, coordinators, fleet, warehouse teams, and emergency services staff with the assistance of an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator.
They manage projects, oversee estimating, and make key decisions that impact customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor technicians and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Approve or estimate all mitigation division jobs, considering factors like scope, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships, negotiating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
- Presentation matters - maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to uphold the company's reputation.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, leveraging them to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
