**Water Damage Technician Role**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Damage Technician to join our team at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. As a key member of our team, you will assist in providing professional mitigation and disaster response services to homeowners and businesses across the nation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned
- Attend work on time, dressed in proper uniform and well-groomed
- Be available for on-call and emergency situations
- Learn and practice commitment to customer service
- Complete paperwork accurately, including timesheets and field checklists
- Monitor loss and document readings
- Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and oral instructions, with sound problem-solving ability
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
