About The Role
- Complete a PAID TRAINING program that is designed to set you up for success
- Contact and qualify small-business owners to schedule their initial interaction with our sales team utilizing leads that 1-800Accountant provides
- Build value in our consultation by educating clients about the tax implications of business ownership as well as upcoming tax deadlines
- Heavy phones in a fast paced environment, outbound calling 300 calls daily, comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
- Lead one-call-close appointments via telephone

Requirements
- Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Previous appointment setting experience is preferred but training will be provided
- Ability to read a script as part of the interview process
- Be enthusiastic and have a passion for helping people
- Salesforce experience preferred (most popular CRM)
- Have a strong work ethic and thrive in a performance-based culture
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
