Director of Email Marketing

We are looking for a driven, hands-on, and strategic leader to take ownership of our email marketing program as Director of Email. This role is about building and scaling a high-performance email program that drives revenue, optimizes customer journeys, and maximizes our investment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. What You’ll Do

• Own & Scale Email Strategy – Drive a revenue-focused email program that delivers real business impact, from customer acquisition to retention.

• Execute Relentlessly – This is not a theoretical role; we need a builder and executor who will launch campaigns, optimize journeys, and drive measurable performance.

• Deep-Dive into Performance Data – Live and breathe metrics. If it’s not moving the needle, you’ll pivot, optimize, and test again.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leadership – We need a pro who can maximize the power of SFMC, including automation, personalization, and segmentation to fuel growth.

• Content & Lifecycle Planning – Own the content and messaging strategy across email touchpoints to drive engagement and conversion.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Growth, Fufilment, and Product teams to ensure email is a core part of our business strategy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus
