Our sales representatives play a vital role in supporting small business owners by providing expert guidance on accounting, tax, and financial planning—critical services that meet their IRS requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to helping small business owners succeed. We provide warm, qualified leads daily—no cold calling here! Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with small business owners, understanding their needs, and recommending the best solutions for their goals.

• Utilizing our proven sales script to educate clients and provide valuable insights that align with their objectives.

• Navigating objections and using persuasive skills to handle client concerns confidently.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

• Using our CRM systems effectively to manage client information and maintain a seamless sales process.

Competitive Compensation:

• Competitive Compensation: Start with an hourly wage (equivalent to $35K annually) plus bonus during training, then transition to an hourly draw (equivalent to $40K annually) with uncapped commissions—potential earnings between $60,000 and $200,000. We also offer additional bonuses and competitions!!
