Senior Manager of Digital Design

In this role, you will own the full design process—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI production. What does the Job Entail?

Wireframes and Prototyping:

• Create user flows, low and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to generate wireframe templates, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up iterations.

User Interface (UI) Design:

• Design polished, high-quality user interfaces that are intuitive and visually consistent across web and mobile applications.

• Use AI-powered image generation and style exploration tools to create assets and discover new design variations.

Interaction Design and Micro-Interactions:

• Craft meaningful and engaging interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience.

• Explore AI-based motion design tools to create dynamic UI elements and improve prototyping workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into thoughtful design solutions.

• Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity and address technical constraints.

• Working with A/B tester to improve designs based on user interactions

Design Systems and Scalability:

• Contribute to and expand the design system by creating reusable components, style guides, and interaction patterns.

• Integrate AI-driven solutions to maintain consistency and scale UI components efficiently.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed on the latest UX/UI design trends, AI tools, and usability best practices.

• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to streamline the design process and improve design quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create elegant, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.

• Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate your design thinking, process, and end-to-end UX/UI work.

• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Runway, MidJourney, DALL-E) and experience incorporating AI into the design process.

• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to find creative design solutions.

• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• User-Centric Mindset: Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salaried $100,000 to $120,000
