Non-Emergency Transporters Job Description.

We offer non-emergency transportation for ambulatory patients, wheelchair users, and stretcher patients to medical appointments, including doctor's visits, dialysis, home visits, hospital discharges, and inter-facility transfers, using company-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate the wheelchair/gurney van. Load, unload, secure, and transport patients. Complete required paperwork and report any issues to dispatch. Inspect and clean the van before and after trips.

Qualifications:

Must be 23 years or older (No Exception) Due to insurance requirements.

Valid California driver's license for a minimum of 2 years and clean driving record.

Must have CA DMV K-4 print-out

At least 5 years with a clean background

Must pass the pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

Any medical background experience will be considered first.

Be a current First Aid and CPR training certificate.

Education: High school diploma/GED.

Experienced: Minimum 1 year in similar position preferred
