As a caregiver at Premier Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work with clients in Boise if needed
