Duties
- Lead and manage the enrollment team to ensure effective outreach and engagement with potential clients.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to assess client needs and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote services and enhance workforce development initiatives.
- Provide supervision and mentoring to staff, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
- Develop and implement enrollment strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on populations such as those in addiction counseling or child welfare.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within the enrollment system.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in enrollment processes, including Medicare-related services when applicable.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to enrollment practices.
Experience
Candidates should possess a strong background in social work, behavioral health, or related fields. Experience in workforce development or addiction counseling is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have:
