Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Transport Driver to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers of all ages and abilities to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean driving environment.
A variety of locations are currently hiring (Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Shawano, and Marinette). If you are not located directly in Sturgeon Bay please reach out for more information!
Responsibilities
- Operate mini-vans safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in plans.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary (accommodations may be made).
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle by performing regular inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.
Schedule

Experience
- Familiarity with defensive driving techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers and team members.
- Ability to handle lifting asrequired during passenger assistance.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Must pass a background check.
