You'll play a key role in shaping their experience by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service.
Here's what you'll do:
- Be a phone master! Answer inbound calls about new and pre-owned vehicles, transforming inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Become a product expert! Leverage your knowledge to answer questions, provide vehicle information, and ensure guests find their perfect fit.
- Be a data whiz! Track and record guest information, keeping our customer database up-to-date.
- Be a team player! Collaborate with management and frontline staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Be a continuous learner! Participate in meetings and training programs to develop your skills and knowledge.
