  • Access rooftops safely and efficiently to perform surveys and service cases.
  • Navigate attic spaces for site evaluation, and occasionally wiring runs and conduit pulls.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the project management team via company software.
  • Maintain accurate documentation via mobile apps or paper, depending on the task.
  • Represent the company professionally and respectfully with homeowners, inspectors, and other trades.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in attic spaces
  • Willing and able to drive long distances occasionally for jobs (up to 6 hours total drive time— typically once or twice per week)
  • Ideally located near Peoria, IL or willing to relocate (Chicago area also acceptable)
  • Tech-savvy and confident using smartphones and apps for uploading photos, logging notes, and navigating job management tools
  • Able and willing to fly a drone (training provided if needed)
  • Comfortable performing or being trained to perform basic electrical tasks and service cases
  • Optional, but a plus:Open to further training and development for more advanced electrical and solar service work
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers on-site.
