Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic Community Outreach Assistant to support our fundraising efforts by expanding community engagement and increasing donor participation through local events. With ambitious goals for the remainder of the year, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help amplify our mission of creating safer, healthier neighborhoods throughout the Mobile area.
As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering connections with the community, promoting our partner's initiatives, and inspiring ongoing support through in-person engagement.
Community Outreach Assistant Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling presentations to educate the community about our partner’s mission and goals.
- Organize and attend local events to build relationships and strengthen community ties.
- Assist donors with registration and ensure effective follow-up to keep them informed about
program updates and milestones.
- Accurately process and document donations.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to enhance your skills
and knowledge.
Community Outreach Assistant Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
- Passion for community service, philanthropy, and working with people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and emotionally intelligent
approach.
- Positive, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident public speaking abilities and a natural ability to connect with others.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
