Our team is currently seeking a hard-working, attentive Bus Attendant . In this role, you'll master the ability to provide support for the F&B team, to ultimately execute the perfect experience for our guests dining experience with us.
- Follow schedule, sidework, and station assignments
- Service details :
- Tabletop maintenance
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of service stations to include supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, ice
- Refill waters, iced teas, coffees, etc
- Bread & butter presentation
- Respond to guest requests
- Makes coffee / iced tea
- Carries dirty dishes and perform scullery (scraping dishes) from dining room to stewarding area
- Cleans and polishes all service supplies
- Removes all dirty linen
- Reset all tables in a timely fashion
- Problem solving / Troubleshooting
