We're seeking a talented Lobby Ambassador to join our team! As the face of our hotel, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that every guest's experience is nothing short of exceptional. From greeting guests warmly to addressing their concerns and exceeding their expectations, this role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm and personalized greetings to guests, setting the tone for their entire stay
* Provide expert guidance and support to guests, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of care and attention
* Stay up-to-date on hotel operations, policies, and procedures to ensure that all guests receive accurate and timely information
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative initiatives that enhance the guest experience
Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Basic math skills and knowledge of yield management principles are essential for this role
* Familiarity with hotel systems and software is a plus, but not required
