Seeking an imaginative, forward-thinking Wellness Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for managing all operations related to Anatomy Gym, as well as customized programming and events.

About you...
Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Position Overview
The Wellness Manager will assist with daily responsibilities including overseeing team member scheduling, membership applicant processing, and overall operations within the fitness and wellness department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Director of Wellness to create and facilitate wellness programming
- Manage fitness and wellness team, shift schedule, class schedules
- Create a continuing education schedule for all fitness and wellness team members, ensure all compliance training is completed.
- Use online booking systems (Excel, Book4Time, Realtime Reservation, Adobe)
- Perform class audits and instructor feedback.
- Work with a fitness and wellness team to present new class proposals for approval to the Director of Wellness.
- Communicate with future guests booking specialty wellness programming. Assist guests by booking personalized services and experiences during their stay in.
- Oversee membership program inquiries, facility tours and processing membership applications.
- Work with a programming team to communicate wellness programming
- Oversee communications regarding gym maintenance, collecting reports for out-of-order equipment, services needed and maintenance updates. Inspect fitness equipment weekly, confirm inventory and functionality. Report on all issues to Director of Wellness.
- Oversee retail inventory needs, field any team member questions and requests.
Qualifications
Passionate about hospitality and providing superior guest service; enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
- 5 years of experience in health and fitness.
- 2 years’ experience in a supervisor/managerial role.
- Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
