Our Luxury Entrepreneur
We're searching for a forward-thinking luxury executive to oversee the daily operations of our incredible 1 Hotel in Hanalei Bay, Kauai. Our ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who embodies our brand values and supports our mission with actions, not just words.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a hotel operations strategy aligned with the company and brand
- Establish goals to optimize performance and hold the operational leadership team accountable
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold our Brand Pillars
- Monitor guest feedback and performance data to optimize guest engagement and retention
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and create value by challenging existing processes
- Recruit and select talented leaders and team members who will enhance the hotel's culture and demonstrate functional expertise
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive related work experience in an upper upscale and/or luxury hotel environment
- 5 years as a General Manager in an upper upscale and/or luxury hotel preferably in a remote location
- Expertise in hotel operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- Ability to create and articulate a compelling vision for the hotel
- Cultural Intelligence and knowledge of sustainable practices
- Change Management and networking skills
