A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced, hard-working Licensed Physical Therapist to join their growing team in San Francisco , CA.The Occupational Therapist would provide direct patient care and support activities that help people carry out their daily tasks with more confidence and independence. The therapist will review treatments periodically, evaluate progress, and make necessary changes to the treatment.Job Description Job Summary : The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant administers physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist; does not perform evaluations. Performs duties assigned by the Director of Rehab or staff therapist(s).Organizational Relationships : Reports to : Registered Physical Therapist(s), Director of Rehabilitation.Qualifications Licensure / Certification : Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the State of California, or eligible.
