What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at 1 OAK Home Improvement Inc.?
The Project coordinator oversees their assigned projects from inception to completion by coordinating with clients, vendors, and installers. They act as a primary point of contact for their clients while pursuing a timely and accurate conclusion to each project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keeps clients updated on their project’s schedule and progression
- Coordinates with vendors/entities working on projects (ex: measurer, permit expediter, material supplier, installers)
- Maintains up-to-date records by scanning project documents, logging project-related interactions in the CRM, and marking off tasks/milestones in the CRM as they are completed
- Thoroughly checks material quote details (sizing, configuration, frame color, glass color, etc.) in comparison to contract, building sketch, and property photos for accuracy
- Prepares all necessary documentation for HOA approval
- Schedules inspections as needed with projects’ relevant building departments
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in home improvement/construction – window/door-specific experience preferred
- 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify and solve potential problems
- Personal management capability – must be able to assess priority of tasks and act accordingly without constant direction
- Computer literate & comfortable learning new software
- Can reliably commute to Boynton Beach office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Hours:
· Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
· Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 per hour (plus commission)
