Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS, with a strong focus on Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Payroll modules. As a Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Functional Leadership:
Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS, specifically in Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Payroll.
Lead functional design sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into effective PeopleSoft solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other functional team members.
System Configuration and Implementation:
Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules to support business processes related to benefits, pensions, and payroll.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Lead testing efforts, including the development of test plans and execution of test cases.
Business Analysis:
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop functional specifications and documentation for PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that PeopleSoft solutions meet their needs.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, and reporting.
Support pension administration activities, ensuring accurate calculations and reporting.
HRMS Management:
Oversee the maintenance of the PeopleSoft HRMS system.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 or higher.
Experience with PeopleTools.
