Job Title: SAP Test Lead
Job Description:
The SAP Test Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all SAP testing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, testing methodologies, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the SAP testing strategy and plan.
Lead the design and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
Coordinate with business analysts and developers to understand system requirements.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and errors encountered during testing.
Provide regular updates on test progress, anomalies, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
Mentor and guide the testing team members and manage their performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in leading testing efforts for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple functional areas.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their functionalities.
Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certification is a plus.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work Environment:
The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Some travel may be required.
