Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair equipment
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
