- Strong knowledge with reading electrical and mechanical schematics
- Handling emails, including inquiries about part numbers and technical questions
- Managing parts, ensuring accurate identification, and timely delivery
- Locating drawings and identifying correct parts for customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting fault codes
- Reading wiring schematics and contacting engineers for further diagnostics
- Following up with dealers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
- Conducting team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, share updates, and strategize solutions
- Maintain website dedicated to these tasks to ensure efficient and effective product support
- General Diesel Engines Knowledge;
- General Electric Schematics reading and interpretation;
- General Hydraulic Schematics reading and interpretation;
- Microsoft Office Package;
