Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of power generators to identify any technical issues or necessary maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues with power generators, identifying the root cause and determining the best course of action for repair
- Perform preventative maintenance on power generators, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general cleaning
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on power generators
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repair work on their power generators, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and within schedule
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in power generator technology and maintenance practices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant technical degree or certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with power generators
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
