- Recruit, train, and develop service personnel to meet operational needs

- Supervise repair work and ensure service quality standards are met
- Maintain records of parts inventory, requisitions, and sales
- Consult with customers on services and repairs to address their needs
- Prepare reports on facility performance, parts usage, and overall efficiency
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer relationships and increase sales

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service management within the machinery or equipment sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
